Welcome to Off the Cuff — a one-of-a-kind, high-energy dining experience built around high-top, bar-style seating for 36 guests, with a live grill at the center of it all. This is where the chef cooks whatever inspires him that day — and you get to be part of it.

Expect a rotating selection of 4–6 different meats (from all kinds of animals), plus creative sides, all served as small plates so you can try a bit of everything. Every visit is different, every dish is a surprise.
