About Us

Fire Ritual was born on an August night in 2025, when Brian (Argentinian certified sommelier and asador) and Juli (pastry chef) invited a group of friends over to their home for an asado. Most of them had tried Argentine asado before — or thought they had.

Five hours later, at the end of the night — barely able to move after everything they had eaten and drunk — their friends told them it had been incredible, unlike anything they had ever experienced, and that they had to do something with it.

They had always believed that many people think they know what an Argentine asado is. But asado isn’t just about food. The most important part is the moment itself: friends, family, and even strangers coming together to share time, stories, great food, and wine. In the end, it’s not about the meat — it’s about the moment.

From that night on, they began shaping the best way to bring this experience to others without losing the soul of an authentic asado, just as it’s done in an Argentine backyard. His wife Juli — a pastry chef who had honed her craft at Nobu, Uchi, and Bachour — brought the same obsession with technique and detail to the other end of the table, shaping the empanadas, cheese bread and desserts that open and close every experience.

Just two months later, in late October 2025, they opened the doors to the public.

Today, Fire Ritual recreates that same feeling — like being invited to the asador’s home — sharing a multi-course meal cooked over live fire, learning about Argentine culture, leaving formalities behind, and enjoying the experience in your own way.

Welcome to Fire Ritual.
